Pastors Paul & Joyce Tan
Senior Pastors
Dr. Paul Tan is the Senior Pastor of City Blessing Churches located in Walnut, Colton, and San Diego and serves as the Apostle to City Blessing Churches Worldwide. He holds his Doctorate of Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute.
Dr. Paul Tan is the president of World Blessing Foundation, a compassion ministry which has channeled over $1 billion of humanitarian aid to 15 nations. He is the founder of YISB (Indonesian Blessing Foundation) which has established schools, orphanages, trained farmers and other endeavors to the remotest areas of Indonesia.
He is a board member of Generals International with Mike and Cindy Jacobs, a board member of Somebody Cares America with Doug Stringer, and also a member of International Apostolic Team at Harvest International Ministries with Che Ahn.
He esteems Bishop Bart Pierce of Rock City Church in Baltimore, Maryland as his spiritual father and covering.
The Lord has used Dr. Tan’s background in business and multi-cultural experiences as an effective tool in marketplace networks to cross racial and denominational lines. By the grace of God, Dr. Tan has received the honor as a Knight in the Order of Knight Hospitaler of St. John of Jerusalem in Malta.
Currently, Dr. Tan is involved as a board member in Revive California that was launched in February 2021 where 12 key apostolic leaders from different denominations in the State gathered together representing the government, education, business, and church mountains of culture, uniting to pray, equip, evangelize, plant, and reform, for the historic revival and reformation to come in California and the United States.
Dr. Paul Tan ministers together with his wife, Pastor Joyce Tan. They have two adult daughters, a son in law and two grandchildren.
Pastors Him & Lilik Djuhana
Associate Pastors
Pastor Him serves as an Associate Pastor, directly overseeing the Colton campus and serving in the City Blessing Churches Worldwide Covering Council. He is also a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Indonesian Relief Fund (IRF), a non-profit organization and project under World Blessing Foundation that has shipped and distributed humanitarian aid to the needy in Indonesia since July 1998.
Pastors Tom & Rosa Lay
Pastors
Pastor Tom Lay and his wife, Rosalina Lay, are passionate about discipleship, counseling, and leadership at City Blessing Church Walnut Campus. Pastor Tom, a graduate of Cromwell Christian School of Ministry, oversees CARE Cells and mentors Zone Pastors and CARE Cell Leaders. Rosalina is dedicated to ministering to families and enhancing marketplace impact. Together, they equip believers to fulfill their God-given purpose.
They are blessed with three daughters, three sons-in-law, and one granddaughter.
Pastors Dion & Michelle Kurniadi
Executive Pastor | Youth & Young Adult Ministry Overseers
Pastor Dion, Executive Pastor at City Blessing Church, oversees all Walnut campus ministries. With a background in hotel management and legal assistance, he brings strategic insight to his ministries.
He and Michelle provide covering for the next generation, with Michelle mentoring leaders and managing social media outreach. Together, they advance the church’s mission.
Pastors James & Sharon Sudarsono
Director of Operations | College Pastors
Pastor James, Director of Operations at City Blessing Church, volunteers his time and efforts to manage the day-to-day operations of the church and its staff. He is passionate about equipping the next generation to build Kingdom-driven businesses in the marketplace.
Alongside him, Sharon Sudarsono leads the Daughters Ministry, empowering women to impact the Kingdom. Together, they lead the AXIS College Ministry at our Walnut campus, guiding young people to live a life dedicated to the gospel. They are also devoted to raising their two children.
Pastors John & Lestari Hadi
Pastors
Pastor John and Lestari Hadi oversee City Blessing Church San Diego, focusing on discipleship and marketplace ministry. With 30+ years of executive experience, John serves as Senior VP at IAPMO and has led at Disney and Union Oil. They are dedicated to raising leaders, international students, and young families, and are blessed with three children and grandchildren.
