Paul Tan + Joyce Tan
Dr. Paul Tan serves as the Senior Pastor of City Blessing Churches in Walnut, Colton, and San Diego, and Apostle to City Blessing Churches Worldwide. He holds a Doctorate of Practical Ministry and is passionate about equipping believers for Kingdom impact. As President of World Blessing Foundation, he has overseen over $1 billion in aid across 15 nations. He also founded YISB, launching schools and training programs throughout Indonesia. Dr. Paul ministers together with his wife, Pastor Joyce Tan, as they serve the global church and lead their growing family with faith and vision.

Is Children's Ministry Available?
Yes! We have a place where your kids can have fun, grow, and discover just how much God loves them.
Is Youth Ministry Available?
Absolutely! Our youth group, O2 Generation, is for Middle School and High School students. They gather every Friday night at 7:00 PM at our Walnut campus.
Is College Ministry Available?
Yes! Our college ministry, Axis, meets locally every Friday night at 7:30 PM for fellowship and community.
What Should I Wear?
We don’t have a formal dress code—some people like to dress up, while others keep it casual. Whatever you choose, we simply encourage attire that is respectful and appropriate for a worship setting. We’re just glad you’re here!
